Dr. Pranab J Patar is an award-winning environment & sustainability professional with over 20 years of experience having worked with leading organisations. Recipient of about a dozen prestigious awards including Social And Business Enterprise Responsible Award SABERA 2021, Green Future Leadership Award 2021, Change Makers of Assam Award 2020, REX Karmaveer Global Fellowship 2022 (Nominated), etc, for his environmental and humanitarian activities, Dr Pranab has led and contributed to over 45 environmental projects at the national and regional level. He is currently the Chief Executive of Delhi based environmental & social impact organisation– Global Foundation for Advancement of Environment & Human Wellness. An advocate of Nature-based Solutions, Decentralised approach to Conservation and Eco-technology for Environmental Sustainability, Dr Pranab speaks and writes regularly at various forums globally. As a capacity development specialist, he has trained over 10,000 teachers, students, NGO professionals and corporate executives on key environmental issues. A member of the Climate Reality Leadership Corp - USA, Dr Pranab sits on a number of national and international bodies including Government Appointment Committees. Mr. Arin Bordoloi retired from NTPC (National Thermal Power Corporation) in 2021 as a General Manager of Industrial Security Department and has now settled down in Noida Sector-62. He initially ventured into the faculty of Assam Engineering Institute, Guwahati in his service life and after about four months, he joined BRPL (Bongaigaon Regional Petrochemical Limited) as a trainee engineer. He worked in the public sector for about four years and then joined in NTPC in 1989.
Basically a mechanical engineer, Mr. Bordoloi was fortunate enough to enrich himself with experience of working at the foundation stage of Boiler Plants at AuGPP, UP and also at the construction and maintenance stage of NTPC, Bongaigaon. He displayed his jovial personality wherever he went and could gain a lot of friends. A sportsman at heart, he loved to play cricket, lawn tennis, table tennis, carrom etc. and enjoyed life wherever he traversed. Music was another area which he adored. He loved playing guitar and tabla and also singing sometimes. An avid reader, he read a number of books in Assamese and English. An Oil industry veteran, Mr. Bikash Chandra Bora is a mechanical engineer by training from Banaras Hindu University (BHU). Mr Bora has had the rare distinction of heading India’s two of the largest Oil and Natural Gas Companies – Oil India and ONGC as it CMD. Having worked across continents and both in public as well as private sector companies, he has acquired wealth of knowledge in the field of oil exploration and production to became one of the most respected figures and a living knowledge repository in this sector. After his superannuation from the service, he has been associated with a number socio-cultural and philanthropic initiatives including the Assam Association Delhi.

Mr Rakesh Kacker, a distinguished member of the Indian Administrative Service (1977 batch | Tamilnadu Cadre) has had a sterling career as a top bureaucrat of the country having served in a number of departments in the Govt. of Tamilnadu as well as in the centre in Delhi including Ministry of Power, Prime Minister’s Office, Finance Ministry, Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, GOI. He was also associated with key organisations such as Asian Development Bank, Central Electricity Regulatory Commission of India, Uttar Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission, Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission among others in advisory capacities. Mr Kacker also had a notable stint in the non-profit once as a Senior Fellow with TERI and as a Director of India Habitat Centre in New Delhi after his superannuation.
